Prior to joining Hill Street Capital, Mr. Eckstein served as a Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance area at UBS Warburg. Mr. Eckstein joined Dillon Read in 1991, where he worked in the Corporate Finance area. Mr. Eckstein also worked at Merrill Lynch for 6 years in the Merchant Banking Group.

Mr. Eckstein has over 15 years of corporate finance experience. He has been involved in numerous acquisitions and financings, and he has been responsible for sourcing and structuring bank, bond, mezzanine and private equity financings as well as select advisory and restructuring assignments.

Mr. Eckstein received a B.A. from Harvard College and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
