Geoffrey O’Malley joined Hill Street Capital from Banc of America Securities where he led the metals investment banking practice. Previously, Mr. O’Malley worked at CIBC World Markets and Merrill Lynch.

Mr. O’Malley has over 10 years of investment banking experience. Mr. O’Malley has originated and executed mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, restructurings and other advisory assignments across several sectors, including metals and mining, industrials, energy, recycling and transportation.

Mr. O’Malley received a BS from Georgetown University and an MM from J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
