Victor Mendoza joined Hill Street Capital in March 2003. He has been actively involved in numerous M&A, financing, restructuring and advisory assignments for clients in the financial institutions, telecommunications, media, industrial and mining sectors. Mr. Mendoza has over 7 years of investment banking experience, which includes prior positions at JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and ABN AMRO covering financial institutions.

Mr. Mendoza holds a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University with a major in International Economics. He is fluent in Spanish and has a working knowledge of Portuguese
