James Brandi joined Hill Street Capital after serving as a Managing Director at both Dillon Read and its successor firm, UBS.

Over the past 30 years Mr. Brandi has been in charge of the origination and execution of numerous mergers and acquisitions, financings, restructurings and advisory assignments for U.S. and European clients. Mr. Brandi has corporate finance experience in a broad range of industries including sectors such as beverages, energy, steel and private family advisory.

Mr. Brandi received a B.A. from Yale University, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and attended Columbia Law School as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
